It's pervasive everywhere. I can't get down with that thing you and the other dude said about always leaning on the side of the victim just because of statistics. The problem is that no one ever listens to victims. The answer is not to go to the other extreme and take everything a victim says as true. You would think after UVA you guys would know that does more harm than good and only creates a defensive system where people start thinking of personal examples they have that contradict that narrative.
When we're talking sexual abuse and harassment, your standard of proof is suspicious. How do prove anything in a he said/she said or he said/he said situations. A lot of these guys don't use violence. It's like you saying when a black person accuses a white person of racism, you need a burning cross or video. Sorry fam, I'm always gonna lean on the side of the victim because the burden of proof always falls in the favor of the powerful.
