when i'm older and if i'm still single (in 30s) then i wouldn't mind being in a relationship with a woman with a kid

if a girl is expecting you to invest your money on her kid and do a bunch of father stuff early then she's probably gonna be demanding/a headache/not worth the time regardless of her kid or not. all of the older women with kids that i've met have stable careers and make good money so i doubt they're looking for financial support to raise their kid at that point. the only thing i would be concerned about is the father.

actually, in my personal life i've seen more and more couples with that same situation; the woman has a child from previous relationship but now she's in a relationship with different man. my girlfriend's friend is in this same situation (although they're currently having a child of their own now too). but i don't know if the thread premise is entirely accurate.

My brother has a good set up though.
