Hardgainers what do you eat?

been trying to get over a hump, never been 190 but i eat everything i possibly can. i can go from 178 to 185 in the span of a week. any advice to keeping on mass for a breh with high metabolism. feels like if i miss one meal i lose 5 lbs

if u go from 178 to 185 in a week than your not a hard gainer. You might have a fast metabolism like myself tho which means that ifu don't reach your caloric intake goals daily u will lose the weight u gained fast. Do some research and find your protein daily number and how many calories and carbs u need daily based on your height and weight. I personally need over 3500 calories a day and at least 180 g of protein. If I stay consistent reaching those numbers I gain easy. If I have a bad week eating than unfortunately I'm right back to where I was. Don't eat bullshyt tho its better for u to eat 4-5 healthy meals a day to reach your protein and calorie goals. I eat chicken rice and some type of vegetable at least 4 times. Stir fry chicken saves me from spending a lot of money meal prepping....

How u affording / have the time to eat all that food? Feels like all I do is eat and still can't gain

Chicken, that's what a big nikka like me enjoys most.

I head to McDonald's at least 3-4 times a week and buy 2-3 of the junior chicken patties for a quick bite.

how long will those chicken packs last? like how many days
the ones I get are called Amish Farms chicken breast stir Frye. One pack has enough chicken to make 4-5 meals for me once I add the rice and veggies. I want each meal to have at least 4+ ounces of chicken in the container....two packs last like 3-4 days. Much cheaper than eating out. My girl is always try a get me to save even more money by buying in bulk from sams club but the same club in Cleveland is far AF from my house so I just keep on buying the Amish farms. The fact that there already cut up in stir fry pieces makes things easier and less time consuming as well. The heavy brown rice b4 and after my workout has been a key for me seeing fast lean muscle mass gains
