when westbrook is wilding, fukking games up.. and when durant has his occasional bouts of late game bytchassness, HARDEN steps up n delivers for them..

even this were remotely true, for every game harden steps up for the thunder, westbrook has 10 of them.
Last year he scored 17 ppg. basically the same as Harden & that's with Harden shooting 190 more free throws than Martin did last year. The thing people can't seem to see is that our bench is better now than last year. Harden was our bench last year. The only other players getting consistent minutes off the bench was Fisher, Collison, & Cook. Fisher & Cook aren't reliable scorers & Collison isn't in there to score. Maynor will be the second unit playmaker & Martin will be the main scorer, but now we also have Lamb & PJ3 to help score. Plus all these guys are gonna be mixed into line-ups with KD & Russy too.
why can't everybody else see this? this is why i don't see how 80% of posters are saying this shyt is bad in the short term. the bench aint gonna be better overnight, but the talent is indicative that it will be down the line.

nikka rondo ain't worth the max:pachaha:

11-12 playoffs..he averaged 17, 12, and 6.....there are only 2 or 3 players in the league capable of that type of production....

he's a special PG...his impact on a team is undeniable....

plenty of gm's would give him the max, and rightfully so...

how?...he commanded the respect of 3 hall of famers and ran a good offense...the offense went through HIM...not the 3 HOF, so that should be pretty telling...

best playmaker in the game

Rondo isn't worth what Lebron is worth.

But he's probably worth the max

I'm surprised they offered him that much to begin with. Now they have two young players with good upside when KD and Russ hit their prime and the Miami Heat title reign ends.

he commanded the respect of 3 hall of famers??? alright i agree that warrants a max contract..:rudy: at least ray saw the hoe ass nikka that he is and skipped town.

2012 season: ranked 27th out of 30 offense
2011 season: ranked 18th out of 30 offense.

yeeep he the best playmaker in the game, those celtics offenses in the past few season have been the most fluid offenses ive seen in a while. he carried those celtics teams with that GREAT GREAT offense. their offense was the backbone of their success.

their offense executed at a high rate..they play a traditional halfcourt offense so of course they dont put up alot of points, but they score what they need to win...

best playmaker in the game....he deserves the max its that simple

So Harden was traded because of a difference of 4.5 million dollars. I don't buy that it has to be more to the story. He musta just wanted to be the man on his own team. But i think the Thunder came out on top with this trade. A starting caliber two guard in Martin, a rookie who will proly be their starter in the future in Lamb and two first and second round picks. Even if they only get one out of those four picks right they still come out good. It's crazy that OKC got a better deal for Harden then the Magic got for Dwight.
