hopefully they can keep it up.
This shows starting to pull its way out of the bushes. If it weren't for The Leftovers making me switch to AMC I probably wouldn't have watched this episode. They did some character building yesterday and that gives me hope.
All good stuff... not great, but good.
-Joe attempting to be human and finally seeing that his closet looks like Doug funnies' closet.... Chillin wit the kids
-Yo-Yo thinking he found a girl that understands him only to have that snatched away by some low-level musician (probably the 20th time that's happened to him)
-Gordon getting cheated out of $80 and willing to break the law to provide for his kids and ironically missed a moment to bond with them. A moment that Joe happened to be there for.
-John having the support from the team that Joe wants, and Joe didn't even know he wanted it until he saw it
- Cameron drinking with John and basically telling her she's the future
and that scares people

Godon's wife got the soul crushing ether in the last 10 minutes. Got rejected and then came back home to see Gordon losing his shyt again
