People try to rewrite history and act like H2O an underrated classic, but it really isn't, IMO. I remember being hyped for it when it came out but it's tame shyt for the Kevin Williamson crowd.
The popularity of Halloween III: Season of the Witch seems to have grown with each year. Brutal movie with it's own fantastically creepy atmosphere and score.
Underrated:
- Halloween 4 & 5. I like these two movies a lot. There's a some continuity errors and they basically tried to turn Michael into Jason, but they are fun, slick '80s slashers.
- Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives. Not even sure if you can say it's underrated because it got good reviews when it came out, but it flopped at the box office. Seems like fans don't really talk about it though.
Worst:
- Halloween: Resurrection.
- Jason Goes to Hell. Pure garbage through and through. No redeeming values. Totally fukked with the character of Jason and his design in that movie is WOAT

....was this the one where freddy grabs his mask at the end? if so, that was literally the only good partfreddy's revenge....it was gay af (literally) and freddy was only in it for like 10min

I thought the opening of Jason Goes to Hell was great. the FBI woman in the shower 
and then she lures Jason into the woods and he gets lit the fukk up by the SWAT team out there. I liked the bounty hunter and the kitchen staff at the diner worked well for comedic relief. I don't think it's nearly as horrible as some of the horror bullshyt coming out recently.
