You better not move her in at all. Just the fact that she came at you with that sucker deal, talking about you handle the majority of the expenses and I'll handle the snacks tells it all. Even if you magically get her to pay half, don't be surprised if she ups and dips out, leaving you paying for the rest of the lease, or if ya'll are fighting, her telling you to get out of 'her house'.
