I know a couple people I worked with that got them frequently


Lifting or strain most likely cause they wasn’t dirty from what I noticed

Maybe h pylori. Not a disease but a gut bacteria that can cause lots of digestive issues and ulcers. A lot of people have them and may not know, especially those from third world countries.
