School district is gonna get sued to Bolivia because they are negligible too. You knew enough to call the parents and pull the boy into the office but didn't involve the police in any capacity while the threat was real enough for some students to decide not to go to school that day?

And then this dumbass prosecutor and dumbass sheriff aint comparing notes so the prosecutor decides to charge the parents, says nothing to the sheriff so he's blindsided and then they allow the parents to get away?

This was a terrible failure.
They removed him from class. Parents wanted to leave him at school. Faculty let him go back to class. School didn't ask if he has access to firearms or does he have any on him.
Im again shocked they didn't immediately suspend him from class and do a psych evaluation. He was drawing and writing crazy ass shyt in plain view. How is protocol for this not set up?
