Just did 6 sets of 8-12 for each chest and triceps. Did it for a week for all the other muscles. Tomorrow is when I get back to my 9 or 12 set routine.

Tomorrow: Back, Bis and Cardio

Yea I got to get back on my cardio pre or post workout. Been convincing myself with the preworkout high 'Not today, you just murdered' :heh:

I worked on cardio and biceps.
Here's my actual workout. I do two sets of bicep curls, then I get on a treadmill and run 0.5 miles. Then, I get off and do more bicep curls. Repeat a couple of times until 3.0 miles is completed.

dumbell curls 25 lbs x 10 reps, 20 lbs x 10 reps
0.5 mile run at 6.0 MPH
dumbell curls 25 lbs x 10 reps, 20 lbs x 10 reps
0.5 mile run at 6.0 MPH
dumbell curls 25 lbs x 10 reps, 20 lbs x 10 reps
0.5 mile run at 6.0 MPH
dumbell curls 25 lbs x 10 reps, 20 lbs x 10 reps
0.5 mile run at 6.0 MPH
dumbell curls 25 lbs x 10 reps, 20 lbs x 10 reps
0.5 mile run at 6.0 MPH
dumbell curls 25 lbs x 10 reps, 20 lbs x 10 reps
0.5 mile run at 6.0 MPH
