I worked on cardio and biceps.
Here's my actual workout. I do two sets of bicep curls, then I get on a treadmill and run 0.5 miles. Then, I get off and do more bicep curls. Repeat a couple of times until 3.0 miles is completed.

0.5 mile run at 6.0 MPH
