Keto diet been good so far.


On a side note: my gym just started doing a Top 12 list of most active members. From May 20th-June 20th, ya boy made the list at number 11....goal is to be even more active this month with more 2-a-days...Let's get it

Yesterday I had a rushed session cause my sister when to the gym with me. But I got through:
-Bench
-Incline db
-Flyes
-Tric Pressdown
-Standing Tric
-Laying Cable Tric
-Standing Calf Raises


Then in the pm I did some laps at the pool with my little bro.
