Gym Routine 1 - Core Strength
Circuit (4 Cycles)
15 Pull-Ups
15 Lat Pulls
60 Crunches
15 Leg Lifts

Gym Routine 2 - Cardio
Circuit (4 Cycles)
Jump Rope (5 Minutes)
Mountain Climbers (1 Minute)
30 Squats
Rowing Machine (5 Minutes)

I have a few cheat meals if I'm stressed or low on time, but my diet is heavy protein, grilled chicken, lean beef, and green, leafy veggies (Spinach mostly). Overall, dieting and exercise is certainly a lifestyle if you do it long enough....

I skip breakfast or at least skip carbs for breakfast. I sip coffee + MCT oil from when I get up (7 AM) until around 10:30, when I have a protein shake. Lunch at 1:00ish.

Leaves me plenty of calories to play with for dinner if I want. Very helpful if on a cut.

I found that eating breakfast, and ESPECIALLY if I ate carbs at breakfast, just made me hungrier almost instantly.

Does Zinc work for brehs on that graveyard lifestyle? I need something to help me sleep during the day

Yea it helps you get better quality sleep. Get a sleep mask and/or try to sleep in complete darkness if you can

For ectomorphs aka skinny brehs.
Pretty easy routine to start. Lower reps and 2 minute breaks between sets, i learned about calorie counting and macronutrients .

Squating and deadlifting with no shoes on :blessed:

shyt feels much better and more natural especially if you aren't wearing lifting shoes. I have a pair of adipowers and it still feels much more natural to lift without shoes. I lay a tow down on the floor so my socks don't get dirty

Raw Cacao is also some of the most beneficial things you can put in your body. So many health benefits from raw chocolate before they add all the unhealthy and unnatural sweetener's and dairy to it.
