I don't know how anybody with a 700 or 900 series is running this at max at 1440p. MSI afterburner says I'm using over 4.2 gb of ram at 1440p all maxed out (minus ultra grass).

for people saying they're maxing this out with a 4gb or less card. You're either getting massive stutter due to a lack of vram or not telling the truth

Nobody with a 700 is running it maxed out at 1440 they are definitely lying. The 970 can run 1440 at around 50-60 fps it all depends what location you're at. at 4k with a 970 you can run the game at 25-30 fps.
