i need to learn how to do it.
Not sure if some settings have changed or aren't taking anymore or optimization but I pumped out the extended distance scaling slider up to 3 and my FPS hasn't changed. 
This game makes no sense to me. I can only get the game to use 90-100% of my gpu if I put on everything at ultra high (we're talking msaa 8x on everything). It makes no sense 
I have no bottlenecks, but the game won't use all my gpus unless I have the settings at their highest. It should be 100% gpu usage regardless. I'm kinda pissed off, cuz 8x msaa on everything kills performance. But I get bad performance when I turn it off cuz the game won't use all my gpu. What could possibly be wrong?

We need to set up a PC Coli crew.
I stopped listening to Self Radio. My CPU usage goes up by 10% when I listen to this station while driving or flying and the game starts to stutter along with textures popping in. The strange thing about it is when I played the game at launch the station was fine. I'm assuming one of the patches screwed something up.

basically it allows for custom dedicated servers, server browsers, custom server rulesets etc like SA:MP (multiplayers for gta san andreas)
So instead of playing thru rockstar servers you load this up then pick a server from the server browser then play online. Especially since people are getting banned for simple shyt like FOV mods
if this becomes as fleshed out as SA:MP it will shyt all over GTAO. Cops n Robbers servers, 200+ player servers, gang war servers etc just all around general fukkery
it would make the multiplayer more like Just Cause 2 multiplayer basically
