GTA6 won't be just modern Miami but most likely southern Florida, with the Florida keys and Everglades. Florida has enough fukkery for GTA6. Rockstar may add a few islands if drug smuggling is the main theme of GTA6.

I wouldn't rule out a return for Liberty City either. That way they can use Vice City, Liberty City, and eventually Los Santos in GTA Online.
