shyt is a large part of the reason why I kinda fell back from Skyrim and I haven't started Infamous 2 yet. I don't feel like having to get my attributes up just to fight nikkas man. This is a video game, these pixelated nikkas shoulda been prepared beforehand. Wish all games were more like Uncharted/Gears where all u gotta do is have skills and press buttons in the right sequences without worrying about whether ur player is strong enough to fight a particular boss or enemy

:snoop:

Still haven't even ended FFX (PS2) because my team ain't where they suppose to be :upsetfavre:

that's why I love emulators. I can put the game on x1000 speed and get the level grinding done in a couple of minutes

After I finished Infamous I was drained son, game took alot out of me and finding all of those damn blast shards was a pain in the ass.

I cop Infamous 2 thinking my powers/attributes would just cross over from the previous game and I'd start off beasting

You don't really HAVE to grind in bethesda games like Skyrim or Fallout. You do however have to do it for a while in the Final Fantasy games. That is what threw me off from JRPGs in general, that grinding shyt is just not for me anymore.

I put in about 85 hours into FF7, maybe 65 or so in FF8, 60 in FF9 and said...fukk IT I'm DONE

I kinda like grinding, I find it therapeutic in a way. I like fighting in general so it doesn't bother me all that much. Right now I'm on my Tales of Graces playthrough, I'm level 52 about to fight Kurtz but I've been messing around getting all these crazy titles for hubert so I can flex on his ass real proper.

I once beat this guy by grinding

He's thought to be impossible to fight in straight up battle without using cheat codes or playing the waiting game, but I actually fought him without any my characters dieing because I was at an insanely high level. I also mopped the floor with Omega and Shinryu in that same game. The only final fantasy boss I haven't beaten through grinding is that weapon Ruby, still can't beat him till to this day.

Charlotte by way of Chucktown What
I agree, some games make leveling up far too tedious to the point it makes the game a drag.
Although the only game that was the exception to a certain degree was GTA:SA. Once the gym opened up, I was in that muthafukka nonstop trying to max out muscle and stamina.

:ohhh:

How does that work exactly?

:ohhh:

Is this possible on the ps3? If so, how?

not sure, but on the 360 they have them for just about every game I usually only fukk with em on certain games. But there is also risk of having your 360 banned and/or your gamerscore reset
