do you use a plank for the salmon? How do you do it without the fish falling apart?

Planks definitely elevate the game.

I have them, I don't use them often, probably gone a year or 2 without honestly.

I just use a spare rack. I have tons of them in different sizes, shapes...they're pretty cheap to come by. shyt dollar General, and family dollar sometimes have them. Tons of rack, pans with holes/slits for various foods or vegetables.

What's cool is using them in conjunction. I've put a chicken in the smoker, then used 2 empty soup cans and put the rack on them then put another chicken on that rack.

Brazilians claim world's biggest-ever barbecue

The Parauapebas City Hall, located in Pará state in northern Brazil, organise what they claim as the "biggest barbecue in the world" to celebrate the city's 34th anniversary. According to the city administration, 20 thousand kilos of meat was used during the "churrascão".

Now if this was a bodega in NY you'd call this a chopped cheese but it ain't. And callin this that would be blasphemous. But it's good tho
