Copped a Pit Boss vertical smoker like a week ago and only made some wings on it to test it out. Came out alright but they were better on my WSM. I think I need some more time with it as it's my first time using electricity and pellets to cook lol. I love the capacity though.

Me and me lady want to grill on her condo rooftop. She doesn't eat meat other than fish.
Other than some dope shish kabobs what else can be made?

I've got a mid level masterbuilt electric one that I've had for a few years now. I love the simplicity of electric.... probably going to get something newer/bigger soon..
do you use a plank for the salmon? How do you do it without the fish falling apart?Go to fish market or Asian market. Fresh fish on the grill is honestly better than any brisket, ribs, pork butt or burger, steak out there.
Everytime I do it, I'm like "why don't I do this more?"
The little things really pop on the grill.
For instance, honey salmon. Honey salmon with teriyaki/soy, honey salmon with garlic, honey salmon with sriracha, honey salmon with mustard.
I've done all those on stovetop, oven, even air fryer (which is the best of all three) and they all taste, good. But when on the grill for some reason the flavors pop and it's really really good.
For meal prep I do these Lil salmon portions, they are perfect for the air fryer but not for the grill unless I do a bunch at once. For the grill my lady usually cops a big ass piece of salmon.
