The real tricky thing is that sugar is not always directly in the food but turns into sugar in your body. I have almost completely sworn off sweets and it's so tough. I think the key is to stuff yourself with as much raw veggies as you can take, lean unprocessed protein and drink nothing but water and unsweetened tea. That's way healthier, because all those processed foods rot your system.
