Once the realization set in that I'm going to die one day-and there's nothig I can do about it- set in, graphs and information like this became meaningless. :yeshrug:
Quality of life though.
What's bad about having a high sugar diet if u work out, athletic, got a 30 inch vertical and eat just right amount of calories?

Your body still has to process the sugar. It's bigger than just gettin' fat.

I couldn't care less about these sugar intakes basically you need to drink water and eat leaves not to consume sugar,carbs and fat.Fukk that

Drop the juice, fruits, veggies and get on water and beef.

Try feeding a baby a strawberry then some ground beef and youll see the difference instinctually...humans arent meant to eat veggies and fruits, though we were originally designed to do so, but thats a different discussion...

Three, these processed foods are MADE with high salt and sugar contents that will take advantage of the brain and our natural inclination to certain taste (This is how they are getting away with making low fat foods taste decent). These sneaky food companies are finding ways to make food saltier and with more sugar in order to take over your taste buds because we have a natural propensity to like those foods.


That's pretty much the issue, food companies pretty much know sugar and fat is pretty much taste porn; which processed sugars are in damn near everything now, which makes keeping at 25g of sugar a day just :mjlol:. The game is rigged like a mutha.

For everyone talking about "diabetes", they have medication that controls that now, you don't even have to worry about it. So these types of graphs and information are pointless when you consider your mortality.

I could eat healthy all my life and get cancer and die all the same, I'm only alive once Im eating whatever the fukk I want.
They also have medication that controls HIV :martin:

I referred to this in my post but there is s difference in say a banana's fructose and fructose you'd find in a banana smoothie. The banana has the essential vitamins minerals to make that fructose viable to you. The smoothie puree has fructose that has most likely been stripped of key components in order to taste better last longer or w/e.

Its news to me that there is a daily recommended value for sugar. They should put that on the nutrition labels.

your body cant metabolize fructose thats not in fruit but in soda, like it can glucose . Do a lil reading breh
