What's bad about having a high sugar diet if u work out, athletic, got a 30 inch vertical and eat just right amount of calories?

For everyone talking about "diabetes", they have medication that controls that now, you don't even have to worry about it. So these types of graphs and information are pointless when you consider your mortality.

I worked for a diabetic supply company. trust me, u dont want those problems.

Well for one sugar has the same addictive affect on your brain as drugs (coke crack etc).

Two, refined carbs, and sugars lack fiber, which cause them to not keep you satisfied as long and take more to get full. That means you tend to eat more in one sitting, than you would If you had eaten something healthier and with more fiber. Also, you will probably get the inclination to eat more.

Three, these processed foods are MADE with high salt and sugar contents that will take advantage of the brain and our natural inclination to certain taste (This is how they are getting away with making low fat foods taste decent). These sneaky food companies are finding ways to make food saltier and with more sugar in order to take over your taste buds because we have a natural propensity to like those foods. In nature, its not as bad, because the sugars/salts you get from spices, fruits, and veggies, all have the proper nutrients to go along with keeping you full and sustained. These man made sugars/extracts are pure uncut and basically have non of the nutritional value of the stuff found in nature.

4th, you can not out work a bad diet, all the extra carbs and sugars you eat eventually turn to fat if you aren't using them, they aren't endowed well enough nutritionally to base a full diet around them. Its easier to over eat than it is to work off and lets be real. Most people is taking in a lot of unnecessary calories drinking hella sodas, mixed alcoholic drinks, coffee drinks, (and my personal favorite to see) hella salad dressing etc and MIGHT go walking.

No one is saying you cant have what you like, the problem is, people aren't informed on what they like and why it is important to indulge in moderation instead of daily.
