The white woman’s comment about Africans and Black Americans is about Xenophobia not racism.

Also, it will be interesting if those responding in this thread who believe Black People can be racist — to say it you are Black american or African-American(African/West Indian immigrants/1st/2nd gen)

Black people can be prejudicial, but not racism in my opinion. We don't have the economic structure to be racists quite frankly. Also, our prejudice is a reaction to their actions done by them over the past 400 years.

They don't educate you on white supremacy racism and prejudice the right way. That why when we say some shyt about white People we get called racist. How the fukk are we racist when these people have records of doing bad shyt to us. Damn

Is racism geographically scaled?

We say black people don't have power... Are we speaking in the context of African Americans?

If we were to examine power in the context of an African nation with a predominantly black leadership, would that make that particular nation of black people able to be racist?

Can a pale skinned Serbian be racist while in Nigeria?

I'm trying to understand this power dynamic that is a qualifier for racism.

And does that mean Asians, Arabs, and Indians can't be racist?

No. Cause we don't have the military power and economic system that Europeans have to back up a system of black/African supremacy. If we were racist nobody on this planet would stand a chance. Well be too good at it. You see how black folks roast each other? Imagine us going in on other groups.

Even moreso its impossible for us to feel we are superior to whites. We've been conditioned since birth to feel we are inferior. I doubt most black people even feel they are superior to whites even if they could act on those beliefs.

Unfortunately we are a people that is still mentally enslaved.

THIS!

I think this as well too. Socially anyone can be racist. But institutionally black americans can't be racist because we don't own anything. People are arguing semantics. And it goes around in a circle.

Black Americans.. you mean Africans as a whole..

That was in response to another poster. And I'm not a continental African but yeah it applies to them as well. But I don't think a sovereign nation of africans people are powerless to fit into that defintion. IDK it's arguing semantics I guess.

"we are investigating complaints about racist abuse at the club":snoop: of course black people can be racist. I guess I should take the opinion of the coli over the actual definition?
By saying black people cant be racist you giving more power to those who "you" feel suppress you.

Y'all don't feel black people are superior to other races? In some instances I certainly do.
