Race is a social construct. Black and White are social constructs created by American chattel slavery. In the American construct white is superior and black is inferior. And since American social consciousness and media has dominated the WORLD for the last 200 years, it is impossible for black people to be racist.

So even the hypothetical they talked about in the video about a black dominated country oppressing a minority white population doesn't apply in this reality because the American racial construct of white supremacy pervades the entire WORLD.

No. That is FALSE. Black people don't have the power to be racist. Racism is PREJUDICE + POWER. We can be prejudiced all we want but unless we have the power to act on that prejudice, it ain't racism.

Black people can be prejudicial, but not racism in my opinion. We don't have the economic structure to be racists quite frankly. Also, our prejudice is a reaction to their actions done by them over the past 400 years.
