No. That is FALSE. Black people don't have the power to be racist. Racism is PREJUDICE + POWER. We can be prejudiced all we want but unless we have the power to act on that prejudice, it ain't racism.

Explain why you feel Arabs...or ayerabs are racist considering your below post.

They have power? Explain your definition of power.

And is power something that everyone else but black people have?

Do Americans have power? By that definition, can an American be racist?
:pacspit: fukk those racist ayerabs

Ya'll better be careful.

They gonna have you BELIEVING that you're racist if you not aware...

That feeling of victimhood is what they want and need you to feel, because so many of them dog us out. When they get a tad bit of what most of us experience by just living and doing everyday things, they don't know how to handle it. No way black folk can be racist. Yes, bigoted, prejudiced, whatever...but not racist

If blacks were the majority and had the power to institutionally oppress racial groups then I would agree. People confuse racism and prejudice all the time.

You simply can’t be racist as a group without power.

Is racism geographically scaled?

We say black people don't have power... Are we speaking in the context of African Americans?

If we were to examine power in the context of an African nation with a predominantly black leadership, would that make that particular nation of black people able to be racist?

Can a pale skinned Serbian be racist while in Nigeria?

I'm trying to understand this power dynamic that is a qualifier for racism.

And does that mean Asians, Arabs, and Indians can't be racist?

I feel like you're being intellectually lazy honestly.

Racism is a SYSTEM. A system that is expressed in the social and political landscape which shows disparities in wealth and income, housing, criminal justice, education, health, employment among other things.

What black nation on earth at this time period can operate and exercise this system wholly, solely for their benefit without the intervention of white people? Where in the world are there white people or non blacks living among a predominant black population in which the black population, governed by themselves implement a system as aforementioned?

You're always hearing about some small minority group in a predominantly black area controlling and exercising some form of racism that blacks cannot currently equally do. You don't hear about a African community in some non black country doing this but you always hear the opposite.

Prejudice, bigory etc can be done by blacks. That's not the contention. It's the fact that black people as a whole right now cannot equally practice a systematic racist approach to non blacks in this current climate. I can call a white person a cracker or say fukk _____ people but I can't affect an entire demographic largely. Even a piss poor trailer trash white man with no education have better chances at landing a job than a qualified black man.

Yes they can be racist. Racism is simply the belief one's race is superior.
:what:

That's the problem right here. Your idea of racism is one rooted in connotation. You believe racism is simply what you stated therefore nothing else can be convinced to you.

: a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race
: a doctrine or political program based on the assumption of racism and designed to execute its principles: a political or social system founded on racism
: racial prejudice or discrimination

The law of the land is rooted in definition 2.

you didn't really answer his question.
I did. Racism as defined as a system doesn't end in certain countries. it may be different or nuanced but white supremacy is still rampant.

if you believe racism is simply "i think ___ is >>>>>>>>>>> than _____ and that's final!" then cheers. In a vacuum and only by definition 1 can black people or any people be racist? Yeah.

In reality? We know full and well that racism isn't just the belief of racial superiority because it affects us globally in many ways. I'd gladly trade a world of white supremacy for simple clashing ideologies that don't affect people in their daily life.

How long are we going to have the SAME debates? What is the purpose of this? White people will NEVER see us on their level, and will never do anything that will benefit us, because it is not in their personal best interest. They love to say we're lazy, and if we just work hard, we'd be fine. Black people are doctors, lawyers, journalists, and still get mistreated and racially profiled. The biggest example is the Obamas. There is nowhere to go after being two ivy league educated lawyers, and president and first lady. They still got called the n word. That's how they will always see us, a bunch of nikkas.

Are there black people who dislike white people? Of course. Personal life experince will do that to you, and there is no benefit to continuously giving them the benefit of the doubt. We're not memorizing their overdose rates, pedo rates, the rate of white teachers having sex with their underage students, some as young as 12, and saying, "I don't like white people because of those negative statistics". We're saying we don't like them because of how they treat us, and can't be trusted to ever do the right thing when it comes to us.

Why keep trying to make them understand? Why keep trying to get them to acknowlege it? I'm so sick of all these articles, and videos. They are not stupid, they just don't care. fukk them!

This show is full of fake ass militant homossexuals. :scust:

Actually its full of cute intelligent sistas. I wish black women like this were around when I was in college.

Plus I like the fact most had their natural hair. Let this be a lesson for black women. You look better styling your hair naturally the way these sistas did than chemically processing it to look like a european.

Intelligent cute dark skin black women >>> everyone else

Black people can't be racist.

But folks can't act like our *prejudice* is always justified. Because it's not.

It's only justified 99% of the time.

Even moreso its impossible for us to feel we are superior to whites. We've been conditioned since birth to feel we are inferior. I doubt most black people even feel they are superior to whites even if they could act on those beliefs.

Unfortunately we are a people that is still mentally enslaved.
