Weather effecting surface conditions in seemingly closer to real time, having a more realistic effect on vehicles.

Also, menu and UI navigation is VERY Japanese, in about as negative a way as I can say it. Looks like this is a game that'll be amazing to play, but mediocre to terrible to navigate through menus, like a lot of Japanese games.
