I feel like they can expound on it.

They decently covered it in Batman Begins and thats a 2 hr movie. They have at least 10 episodes = 10 hours of footage to develop and expound his development.

I think the plot would put the introduction of little Bruce at about Episode 5.

If they do a full season. Which on network tv is about 20-22 episodes a year. I think there's plenty of time to start introducing bruce's initial training. But since this is fox, we'll see if this series lasts beyond 12 episodes.

I wouldn't be surprised if little Bruce is in the pilot. But batman will not be in this show.
