I know Gotham has its faults and believe me there are plenty. But it's still one of my favorite shows on TV and one of my favorite comic book adaptations ever. (I'm talking about Season 2 tho, first season is barely watchable)
I don't watch Gotham with same critical eye that I watch shows like the Flash or DareDevil. To me Gotham is an amalgamation of the campy 1960s batman series (im a Huge fan of the era) and the gritty Nolan verse. It's ridiculous bordering on self parody and there's more random fukkery per episode than a shaw brothers bootleg. Gotham is essentially comic book-sploitation.
Although we can all agree that this finale was incredibly disappointing.
On average, i expect overacting, bad dialogue, unnecessary violence, cheap effects, and gratiutus sex scenes.
Supergirl can't match that.
Btw what's the point of calling them out as black Nerds

I have never listened to this dude's podcast or visited his site but I bet I can guess that the majority of his complaints is over shyt he assumed he knows about the Batman mythos not being depicted that way on Gotham.
He probably is whining about Bruce knowing Selina; Gordon killing Galavant; too many Batman villains being introduced and being so much older than Bruce Wayne; Barbara being a crazy lesbian etc. etc.
If dudes would just watch this show and accept it for what it is instead of being mad that it is not the show in their head then we would have far less Internet nerd rage about Gotham.

You don't understand: "Black Nerdism" is a good thing now, and Internet Nerd Rage is one of our
greatest renewable resources.
I still keep up with "Gotham" week-to-week. But like @onlylno I don't take the show as serious as I do with the Berlanti-produced DC shows, MCU shows, or even "iZombie".

When have black people ever cared about the social repercussions of nerdism. Black people from the hood to burbs fukk with anime, superheroes, etc.
Black nerdism is pointless label unless people want to claim it as a badge of honor.
