'Gotham' Season 2 Thread

im curious about the first season is it as bad as they say it is?

Second half of the first season turned around spectacularly. To me it did a good job covering the mob wars of Gotham and how the cops react to it which is what I was expecting. Season 2 is more on the rogues gallery and a lot of Arkham style ecentric villany stuff but it still works in this show's favor.
It still has its problems but all shows do.

I honestly prefer it over Arrow and Flash

Also I'm surprised people thought Jermone would live and thought he would be the Joker. Like its obvious they gonna keep that origin concealed to a certain extent (even thought the whole henchmen who falls into acid is how I always figured his origin would go. Not sure when in comics they dismissed that and said is origin is ambigious)

Pee Wee is playing Penguin's pops...again

Gotham Will See Paul Reubens Reprising Role of the Penguin's Father - IGN

Paul Reubens of Pee-wee Herman fame will reprise his role as The Penguin's father, Tucker Cobblepot, in this season of Gotham. Reubens previously played the wealthy Cobblepot in Tim Burton's 1992 film Batman Returns, which is actually where the character himself debuted.

Robin Lord Taylor, who plays Oswald Cobblepot (The Penguin) on Gotham, revealed the news during a New York Comic-Con panel on the hit television show.

Gotham first aired last year on Fox and launched its second on September 21st.

He was so good, I was kinda mad he got killed.

So obviously Jerome either inspires the Joker or I'm wondering if that WAS Gotham's version of the Joker..?

Either way, smart of them to do this because they were going to be hounded forever if they didn't give us a glimpse of the Joker. They tricked everyone and I think now everyone will get the hint that the Joker is a long ways from appearing, if ever.
