What people don't really understand is companies like Swift,Werner,Snieder and J.B Hunts of the world are all training companies.Why do you think these companies have the lowest pay and highest turnover rate.You do your 1 year with these companies, and then bounce to a local gig or better company.If you're in any major city there's no point in being an O.T.R driver unless you just like being over the road or if you can get away from these type companies..Breh you're at your one year mark,just make it to a year.Local gigs are all over the place where you get paid hourly,and don't have to worry about not being compensated for your time with those 14hr work days....The majority of people get in the game and don't see the bigger picture.Remember shyt is going to be tough that first year...Make it to that 1 year mark and it becomes a different ball game..
