McGruder is a great bench piece. He can guard most starting wings, he doesn't need the ball to be effective, he cuts well and shoots well, and he's all hustle.

I also think Wade will be great for Waiters. Waiters is obviously talented but needs to learn to read the flow of the game better. Wade and Winslow are actually really good at this.

DWait and DWade are good buddies. I think they can coexist with no problem on the team. I dunno about on the court at the same time, though.
I think Waiters will learn from Wade off the court. Waiters needs a guy like Wade to reign him in and teach him the little things because we've all seen that Waiters's sheer talent is undeniable.
