They should send Winslow to the G-League. He doesn't show any type of creativity or confidence in his game. Where are the step backs, pull ups, spins, fadeaways, etc.? His 3p% is up, but on low volume.

There's been a lot of players that we're effective without a great jumper when they were younger. They had finishing ability and/or freak athletic ability. Winslow has neither.

I thought he was more of a Draymond type of player but he doesn't have that dog in him. He's not as versatile either.

Memphis. Winslow could propel their tank to another level.

Is it over if we're throwing in the towel? We was the biggest Winslow stans around and we starting to get sick of him :jbhmm:

We gave up Devin Booker for him :martin:

I can't even blame Spo. They're giving him chances to create and he's just...not. I see cats like Tatum, Simmons, Mitchell, and even Josh Richardson...Winslow looks 5 years from being serviceable.

Haven’t been watching games of late, but low and behold I come here and see @Primetime21 joining #BlowItUpGang. :dwillhuh:
The general interpretation of "blowing it up" in here is tanking. Thats not what I advocated. But there was value for Whiteside and there would've been value for Dragic if he was made available.

Spot on about Hassan. He’s averaging just 26 minutes this season :gucci:
The sad part is he don't even care anymore. I remember dude used to throw a fit everytime he got taken out. Now he just goes to the bench with no emotion. Spo got him out here lookin lifeless.

We got one of the most gifted shot blockers the league has ever seen and our coaching staff straight up told him to stop chasing blocks:mjlol:......how fukkin stupid can you be to not let a player do what he does best?.....just think about how fukkin retarded that is. They said Hassan chasing blocks was hurting our defense. Now guards drive in for easy layups and the first thing our guards do is look at Hassan like "where you at?":dahell:......smh:mjlol:

I can't even get mad about it anymore. We struck gold getting this dude on the team and we completely wasted all his talent. Spo is too prideful to ever change. Wouldn't be surprised if Hassan and justise leave and they both become all stars.

The problem is Spo can’t make halftime adjustments.
And there it is. If this same thing continues to happen with entirely new rosters, it's clearly a coaching issue. When teams go into the locker room at halftime, their coaching staff goes back into game plan mode. They make adjustments and they come up with a plan B just in case. If things are going good, spo just sits back like :win:.....not realizing that the opposing coaches are making adjustments. The opposing coaches aren't just gonna sit back and keep getting washed. Whatever the problem is, they're gonna try to fix it before the 2nd half begins. And when this happens, spo is out there looking dumbfounded. He never has a plan B just in case the opposing team switches things up. For this to happen every single game is inexcusable. It's no wonder coaches around the league always speak highly of him. If I was an opposing coach I would want to see spoelstra keep his job forever too:heh:......he got every coach out here lookin like poppovich. Spo is really good at certain things but terrible at the most important things. He still has the same flaws he had when he first started coaching.

Hitting the nail on the head. All that shyt has seemingly drained all his enthusiasm for the game. He used to be so active, but getting benched for everything took all that. shyt has to make developing players impossible when considering how talented he is.

I mean I don’t want to hop back onto the #spogottago train again, but he can’t coach on offense, he can’t seem to develop players much and he can’t coach with a lead seeing as how the turd quarter is almost like clockwork no matter what season or roster we have or who we’re playing. He’s had one season with an offensive rating better than 15th without LeBron and a handful 23rd or worse. They regularly finish bottom five in points per game and he’s a ten year coach who still gets killed after halftime. It’s really like watching John harbaugh coach sometimes where he just stands there with a blank stare when the other team comes out of the half with a new game plan as if he doesn’t realize that teams can do that, and he’s got no excuse this late in his career.

He’s got a ton of these meltdowns even with the big 3. It took him half the playoffs to pull big z from the rotation in 2011 and kept starting Bibby until game 6 against Dallas next to Joel Anthony, which was as big a reason the offense struggled along with his call to stick with a blitz heavy defense that got killed by their passing. In 2012 he had 6’8 Haslem fronting KG in the post during the conference finals when he isn’t tall enough to front him. He stuck with the blitzing defense in 2014 when the team didn’t have the legs for it anymore either. Then there’s all the games he cost them by pulling Hassan and putting cole into the game at the same time when they were on a roll in 2014-15. I want to give him his due for the big turnaround last year, but being so bad at developing young players and making no adjustments at the half is gonna make a successful rebuild nearly impossible with him. It really is almost like the way that harbaugh has made no improvement as a coach for the ravens whatsoever since his first game on their sideline.

Why. So we can get another tough nosed defensive player who can't score for shyt?:mjlol:

We need a flat out SCORER right now. You'd think after d wade, Riley would know that you gotta have a legit star to win a title nowadays. It don't matter how many gritty players you got if they can't put the ball in the basket. Hassan is probably our most efficient guy on offense, but they've turned his ass into Joel anthony. A couple years ago dude was making so much progress. Mid range jumper was becoming deadly. 20 pt games were becoming the norm. Now he's only out there to set screens and grab rebounds. They dont even let the muthafukker chase blocks anymore :mjlol:

Look at Michael Beasley. Dude is having more success on the Knicks at age 29 then he ever had with us. If beasley got drafted anywhere else he prolly woulda been an all star. This coaching staff doesn't ever let guys just be themselves. If you aren't a "heat" guy, you're not gonna play. That's why you see Hassan out there looking like a robot....playing with no type of soul. Cause he knows if doesn't fall in line, he would never touch the court. Dude is lucky if he even plays over 25 minutes nowadays.

Our best bet is to go with a lineup of dragic, ellington, j rich, bam(kelly), and Hassan. Gives us a good amount of scoring in the backcourt and great size and athleticism down low. But for this to work spo would have to become a competent offensive coach. And that's prolly never gonna happen.
Hassan gets into foul trouble easily. He shoots himself in the foot Alot of times.....

Never thought i would say we are missing Kelly O
Olynyk was our best off-season FA move, B. :what:Closest would be resigning JJ and it's not that close

I'd say my favorite players to watch on this team are Olynyk, James Johnson and Winslow (when he's on). 2nd tier would be Bam, Hassan and Dion (again, when he's on).

And trust me when we signed him I was wondering what the fukk we're doing but then decided to let it play out
