Provided we start Olynyk, Winslow could start at 3 because Dragic and KO are willing to share the ball. Problem is that then puts Rich on the bench with the tunnel vision brothers.
I think that could work. I'd love to see Winslow and Olynyk together. Olynyk can stretch the defense for a 4. Have Winslow handle the ball and create on offense with DW, GD, and KO spacing out when matchup allows it. Hell have Whiteside to dump it in to or the other 3 to kick out to

Apparently some cat named Isiah Hartenstein
Who's he?

It's like Winslow can get to the rim at will. He just can't get the shyt to go down when he's in motion. That play when he tried the reverse was basically how I see his game so far. Beats his man with ease but misses the reverse. Gets the rebound and goes back to the rim again in misses again.

He could easily be a 12/7/7 guy this season with enough playing time. Once he gets the scoring part down he'll be the star done think he can be

His touch needs work. I think he should start modelling after Harden. Both leftys, both great steps, both good playmakers.

Winslow has to get crafty for those layups. Protect the ball as hes gong up . Hes already getting to the line surprisingly well.

Also, spo should stop playing him woth James Johnson.

TJ needs to stop woth the tunnel vision, its annoying.

Jrich looks hungry. Still not a PG though. No vision.

Yeah James harden is a good comparison. They both play below the rim despite their sizes while having killer first steps

Let's put it in proper perspective, the put back attempt was a difficult shot - one he really should've passed out. It's not like he blanked an uncontested shot at the rim.

-Winslow is such a strange player but I think it's better to keep him. He really needs to train with Dragic and work on his in-between game from 3-10 feet. I feel like he needs to stop trying to force it to the rim. Seriously, have Whiteside and Bam guard the rim and let Winslow just work on that in between game.

His vision, IQ, and passing is through the roof plus the fact that he can even get to the lane when teams play him close is insane. I also liked them letting him play in the post. If he can get a decent fade shot, it would do wonders.

I said it in the last topic, one of few things I got right, but Winslow should be our future starting point guard, not our SF.

-I know y'all sick of me saying this but McGruder is a good player. How much he's improved is kinda lost on us but he's been slowly adding moves to his game and been improving at a pretty solid rate. I think he's a perfect glue guy that you can plug in with any lineup and he'll be a positive. Even his vision is improving and he's trying to get others involved.

-Mickey is a bit undersized for a PF but I think we keep him on the roster for now. I'm not sure yet between Williams and Walton because they both bring good things but the Heat have shown once again that we have an eye for talent.

-Bam finally calmed down and he looked great. Dwight is a hard matchup for any young kid so I'm happy he brought it back and showed out.

For a team that didn't play its 3 best players, our Heat looked REALLY fukking good. I think our sheer depth and conditioning is going to kill in the regular season.

Harden plays below the rim on purpose. Harden can be explosive when he wants to.
Justise plays below the rim because he doesn't have a choice

This might not be the worst idea. What we've seen Winslow do in the point forward role is basically poor man's Harden, also being mindful this is just going to be his second full season playing. There is plenty of time for the outside game to come around, I'm looking for small incremental improvements, but he's shown ability creating for others now. Even more interesting is he's on the books for the next 2 seasons, Dragic has a player option after the 2nd year. If internally they share the same projection of Justise, they could season him for that role, we'll see.

I think they're going to have to prove to be formidable early, floating around the top 4 in the conference as opposed to the bottom 4. If the latter occurs I wouldn't be surprised if Riley pushes the chips to the center of the table.
