You aren't getting anything for Dion. He just had a season ending surgery and wasn't highly valued even DURING the streak plus he's making decent money.

Well someone gotta go...we gonna be top 5 in payroll If we resign ellington

The plan is probably to move big contracts for another blue chip player and in the process create enough space to also retain Ellington. I have a hard time believing they're going to move a piece solely to resign a 30 year old specialist and remain comfortably in the 3-6 seed bubble. Anybody not on a rookie deal is going to be in play this summer.

Winslow and Richardson are finally doing what I've been forever saying they should do more often when without the ball; cut to the basket more often rather than sit at the 3pt line and wait for a kick out to take 3s

Seriously this should be their bread an butter. Especially Richardson. Plays like the one at the 7:02 mark in the 2nd quarter should happen at least 2 to 3 times a game for each of the two.
Granted in that particular play the defender simply lost sight of Winslow going down the court and made it easy for him. But too often I see these guys just wait at the 3pt line and then the only movements they make is take a few steps around only to give whoever they are expecting to kick it back out a better angle for the pass.

There aren't that many elite rim protectors in the league anymore. If you're at the 3pt line and your man keeps looking elsewhere you should look for opportunities for backdoor cuts into the lane and let whatever happens happen.

Just study old Eddie Jones and Scottie Pippen tapes and you'll see all you need to know
