We only played 4 good teams in December. I'm looking at that January 9th game vs. Toronto, thats when I want to see a 20+ type of performance.He's been our best player for the past month plus tho

Ankle surgery is back on the table for Heat starting shooting guard Dion Waiters. After spraining his troublesome left ankle on a drive to the basket during Friday’s win over the Mavericks, Waiters said he will consider surgery this offseason. “At this point, you got to see what’s best,” Waiters said before Tuesday’s game against the Magic when asked if he will consider surgery to repair his left ankle at the end of the season. “But I won’t write it off, hell no. Especially if I’m going to keep going through the same thing,even with like little tweaks and things like that. When the season is over, after the playoffs and things like that, I’ll sit down with my family, my agent and we’re going to take care of it.”

He's been our best player for the past month plus tho
J-Rich been straight up amazing in December. What he's been doing from mid-range and keeping our offense flowing when we're missing 3s is huge.
Bam is starting to make Whiteside expendable, IMO. Having a good passing big makes our entire offense so much better and Bam is a willing passer. A lot of those looks Ellington got were a result of great screens and an active Bam.
Ellington is breaking my heart. He's shooting so great that teams are gonna be salivating to sign him in the off-season. I know Golden State gonna come knocking on his door.
Olynyk is finally starting to mesh and gain chemistry with our squad. He's also looking to score more and willing to take advantage of mismatches. Good signing.

It's fukk the Celtics, all day, but I can't act like I ain't a tad bit envious of how Ainge has collected draft picks, young talent on cheap contracts, and finessed all these other GMs while consistently being in the playoffs. 
We prolly about to give our pick up to Phoenix this year.
We got a great scouting department so we tend to find decent to good players, no matter where we pick but I'm just hoping we land a legit stud (Donavan Mitchell, Jayson Tatum, DSJ, etc) instead of always focusing on these projects

Unless some major shakeups happen like Waiters, TJ or Whiteside(or all three) being traded or Spo getting cancer then we're :
RIley fukked up in the offseason, simple. No reason to give Waiters that contract, he fukked up the year before matching TJ's contract too.
Waiters is trash, he still got people(and himself) thinking that he's valuable because of some hot 10-12 game streak. fukk waiters.
Whiteside ain't gonna be the guy, not under Spo. It's both ways though, there's no reason for Hassan to be acting like a lil bytch the way does at this stage of his career and Spo needs to give some leeway.

I still have faith in Winslow but the only way he's going to shine is if Spo goes on paternity leave and Waiters takes the season off to get surgery or gets traded(Richardson has shines with Waiters being in and out of the lineup). At the same time, Winslow's agent should be in his ear telling him to ball out. His shooting has improved no matter the sample size but he's still not as good offensively as he should be, he's trash around the rim and doesn't look to have any type of touch sometimes but there's a voice in the back of my head telling me he'd be looking like a stud under a Brad Stevens or Pop. He's still super, super young and basically in his second year.
Bam looks good but you know Spo wants him to be nothing more than Joel Anthony 2.0
