We are awesome defensively but so crappy offensively. I have come to a conclusion that our offensive woes are not going to change. Spo got these dudes shooting threes in every possessions
Bailed out by a bad offensive foul call on Lou Will. I hope Whiteside and Winslow come back soon, this team is an absolute chore to watch.

.....these guys got paid and just said fukk it
.......I honestly think players just flat out grow tired of the grueling practices and no bullshyt mentality that our franchise has. they're inspired as hell at first then after a while it's like

Waiters had me fooled. Dude had sparked during the second half run we had last season, injured his ankle, and now he just garbage since he game back. I thought he was going to be something special this season. He turned out to be a fluke.
The best we can hope is they see the light and flip him for whatever they can and let Rich play the 2. I wouldn't mind dealing Dragic either.

I doubt that's going to happen this season. I think Spo and Pat are going to play this season out with the current roster. I think the major adjustment is going to happen in the off season.
All I know is that Jordan Mickey should have been playing long ago. Kid is 23 and he's versatile as hell. His passing and decision making are all great.
Also gotta give credit to Spo, his faith in his players gets him a lot of shyt but it tends to pay out. J-Rich would have probably been stuffed on a bench if any of us were head coaches with how bad he started but he's showing everyone that why we fell in love with his potential.
More often than not, guys the Heat tend to show a lot of love to tend to develop into solid players.

I was so excited about this season too
I appreciate the Heat for getting guys in the best shape of their lives but I agree the grueling practice has to wear on them. Spo has to really know the pulse of the team and maybe if they scale back on some of the practices, it might have a positive effect on the court.
