Disagree, I don't think Winslow was a steal at 10, Rondae Hollis Jefferson went 23 and is a better player than Justise is right now, both have the same weakness but RHJ can put the ball in the hoop efficiently. Oubre was also at 15 too, the fact Winslow can't shoot and is a long way off from having a reliable jumper puts a damper on what he can be.
If they did a redraft RHJ, Portis, Nance and Oubre would all go before him.
RHJ is 2 years older than Winslow though. Winslow's IQ, composure, passing, defense and decision making are all veteran level despite being so young.
I think there's a reason Stevens and Ainge were willing to give so many assets for him. His potential is sky high. At 24-26 or so, he could end up being a star wing or have a Draymond-ish impact
