where do you fall? I've been 124-127 since 30, and I'm not fat, chubby, thick or anything, apparenty LESS than 120 is normal. who here is 110 at our age? :what:
130 is stage 1 hypertension? 80% of america must be stage 2 hypertension then. :mindblown:

Sodium sensitivity is a mofo.

Get a BP machine and you'll be shocked.

Mine was normally 180/100. Felt absolutely nothing.

Now, it's 120/75 and I gotta take 4 different meds/day + watch diet to keep from having a stroke like my cousin.
she didnt issue any meds, she said I was good. but after 140 she is issuing meds :damn:

I've always fell around 120-130, where I was told was normal all those years. now I'm considered elevated :wtf:

140 is stage 2, needs meds and almost critical :wtf:

Definitely normal.

The one fitness constant for me has been spin/cycle class. I started doing that in undergrad and did it 4-5 days per week religiously for YEARS: I know for a fact that plus a moderately healthy diet over the years is what has kept me in normal range.

My mom walks every.single.day. rain or shine.

It’s not a game.

I've been 120-130 since I started going back to the doctor after college. I don't think the chart changed though. My mom used to make comments earier, her being a dialysis nurse, but I think its normal for me as it hasn't gone up. Also the doctor takes but isn't concerned so I'm not concerned.

I work out and play soccer, and it stays about the same. The main thing for me is just making sure my blood glucose (or is it the hemoglobin number) isn't too high and that my LDLs aren't too high. At 1 point my overall cholestorol was high, but my HDL and VHDL were high, while my LDL was actually within the safe limit
