Fiorina helped her case the best.
Bush is an establishment candidate and will be among the top 3 candidates either way.
Rubio has some atrocious, almost bearing on far right policies, but he also did not do himself a disservice and will get a bump.
Carson hurt his case the most along with Trump. Both will see a pullback on favorability. Carson doesn't seem to have the gusto for politics and is overly intellectual for the Republican party.

Aside from wanting to get rid of Planned Parenthood there was no real discussion on women's health
Voting rights
Workers rights
Anything having to do with black people in this country

Particularly the Syrian refugee crisis which also ties into immigration/national security.
I believe the US has pledged to bring in 10,000 refugees into the country next year.
