They’re closing their “exclusive” game studios (which quite frankly haven’t done or shown shyt) but still keeping the tech alive. Wouldn’t be surprised if they try to license out the streaming tech/infrastructure to developers somehow.

Google is Google because of Search and Ads....everything off-shoots from that. They have such a strong-hold on both that it allows them to throw billions into other projects and then discard them at will and that’s because their bread and butter is so fruitful that the losses don’t impact their ability to succeed. It might even help them on taxes. It’s the same thing with Microsoft...Windows and Office were so dominant that they could shyt the bed in all their other efforts and still succeed.

That's fair, but to play devil's advocate, the data they gathered from Stadia theoretically helps improve their already dominate moat (Search and Ads)
