None of these white ass companies give ONE fukk about minorities, blacks in particular. I always pray the need a black and a woman to fill their little diversity quotas because I know damn well I'm not hired based on talent alone. Mfs need to start using this to their advantage. Pimp that job! Learn the ins and outs, keep your ear open for new info, learn new technologies, make friends with the administrative staff because they stay with the DEETS, etc. Get some marketable skills, add to your network and keep it moving. We will NEVER have "EQUAL OPPORTUNITY", but the opportunity to thrive certainly exists.
