you're REALLY placing a bit too much of a premium on Elton Brand and this coming from a fan who appreciates what he was able to do with us despite being on the tail end of his career. if you guys are in here talkin about this roster minus elton brand means we're not one of the top 8 teams in the east than either you don't watch sixers basketball and understand how our team works or you're his kin.

They're not trying to. Iggy's about to get traded and this team is gonna chill in lotteryland for a year.
Trading for Wright was the best move they've made this offseason. Low risk high reward move. He's far more suited to playing alongside Jrue and ET than Iggy because he can shoot.
Right now we're probably looking at 35 wins tops, which is fine because I didn't want to be .500 for another year.
It's a protected pic though I believe, but the Sixers we'll be .500 the only real difference is there's no Lou or Brand. Iggy's not gonna get traded now if he does I think it would be during the season

Can't underestimate chemistry. A full training camp with the young guys together can do wonders. I expect multiple guys on the team to improve next year. I know lavoy is working hard on his post game. I'm praying to god that Evan somehow learns how to shoot this offseason

Shooting isn't his only problem he has to become more constant he has all the tools to be a star but he doesn't really but stretches of good games together neither does Jrue to be honest I think Lou being gone might be s blessing for those 2 though cause now the pressure is on them to score the ball.
