That scene had me at the same time.Just watched it on prime. Pattinson with a 16 year old
When he realizes hes got the wrong wheelchair, I sat back and howled at the comedy of errors that dudes life had becomeThe Uncut Gems trailer had me interested in the other films these dudes have done so I checked it out on Prime
I viewed it as a dark comedy rather than a drama which made me enjoy it more. The part when he finds out he got the wrong guy from the hospital is probably the hardest I’ve laughed at a movie since the Ice Cube daughter reveal in 22 Jump Street.
When he tried to smash the girl I was uncomfortable af, made me lose all sympathy for him though I did like the fact that they didn’t try to hide the fact that Connie was a piece of shyt.
But yeah overall I enjoyed the pacing, and the fact that he was dumb af actually made it more suspenseful. Agreed that how it ended was a letdown, expected more, though it was nice to see his brother making some progress.
