Lyrically, I'ma give it to Lupgawd
Sonically, Kendrick shyts all over every option possible in this thread (where's RAP Music?

) and conceptually, emotionally, nothing is touching it either
The production and the hooks on FNL II couldn't stand with the two albums, and that's what hurt it
Nasir definitely picked better beats for this album than previous ones in the past decade, but the production value on GKMC is higher from my view, and its just plain obvious that Kendrick's team paid more attention on the boards than Nasir's circle.
Come on, the vision for GKMC and everything that surrounds it is just much more focused and sharpened
Only argument here would be that Nasir is a veteran, this was his comeback album, its Esco the don, better beats, etc, etc...
1. GKMC
2. Life Is Good
3. Food & Liquor 2
I'm also a way bigger Lupgawd & Nasir fan than Kendrick so
