I really wished they would have played Claiborne in that 4th preseason game to give him reps like they originally intended to do. I don't know why they didn't. Starting Claiborne without sufficient reps against the Giants WR could be problematic. Just as long as he's not getting hurdled like Newman or just getting clowned out there, I will be understanding of the learning process.

i feel you on that. I wouldnt be surprised if he gets styled on by the giants wr they aint no joke at. it can teach him the ups and downs of what he needs to do and learn and get better.

I feel he will be a big factor later on in the season once he settles in. i hope ware or lee knocks the shyt outta BENNETT though :myman: anybody else will do also.

dude talkin all that trash bout us when he was the one not stepping up doing his part BUM ASS :yayo:

anybody else a little disappointed in what you've seen from lissemore and carter this preseason? i thought lissemore was supposed to be a beast who was going to make spears or coleman expendable. i thought i'd get at least one wow play from carter this presesason. idk they've both been underwhelming IMO.

I'm not really expecting wow plays from Carter as of yet. I'll leave that up to Lee. If he quietly does his job, I'll be fine. What is unacceptable to me though is getting toasted like Connor was in coverage. Those are the situations where we could give up critical first downs.

It's about time we beat the giants after all the disrespect they've been doing to the cowboys... signing the stadium after beating us in the opening. It's time for this team to show they care. Watching us during the Wade era was an abomination... seeing us lose during the closing of the old stadium, losing during the opening of the new stadium, smiling after losses, Tashard Choice rushing to Vick to get an autograph after losing to Philly. Just flat out disgusting.

At least the attitude seems to be different around here and the defense looks a lot better. The only real concerns I have this year is Garrett as play-caller and our O-line. If he didn't significantly improve in those areas, we will still have red-zone problems as well as being able to sustain game-winning drives like what happened against the Patriots where all we needed was a 1st down to win the game. I like the things Garrett is doing at head coach, but I feel we need an O-coordinator to call plays and to get things off to a faster start.

:lawd: testify

Im still mad over that NE game I live in the area with all Pats fans....we had that game I was gonna have a years worth of shyt talk but this fool really couldnt call anything to get one damn first down:snoop:

I hate him as a play caller I feel he peaked in 07, surpisingly though he seems like a great motivator and leader. The quicker he gives up the o play calling duties and we get somebody in here to use some imagination the more potent this team could be.

Looks like Witten practiced yesterday brehs :whoo:

Theres no doubt in my mind Witten is gonna play Wed. Dude is one of the ppl on this team who takes losing and not making the playoffs serious. I know he hasn't forgotten how the Giants have handled us the last few years and been talking trash. I know he wants to spoil their ring ceremony like they spoiled the opening of the new stadium.

Even if the doctors say he can't play dude will get James Hanna's jersey n bet out there playing. When he first messed up his spleen they were saying it was the first time he has missed practice in 10 yrs. "Not a game, not a game but PRACTICE!"

That's my TE :to:

I don't think the avg Boys fan realizes how crucial a win Weds would be for the psyche of this team. It's not "just 1 game" we need this to set the tone
