:dwillhuh: Did someone confirm this?

they’re saying the 17 second mark is where the incident took place and he’s on a boat

if he is, S5 finna be :whew:

Genny gets taken out and Ciro takes control :wow:

If zero zero zero is giving us the ‘Ndrangheta, then low key I would pay money to see a modern day Cosa Nostra series set in Sicily

Bringing back a dead character is thin ice though :lupe:
An iconic character but I'd only like to see him back if they
1 - have a sound, logical explanation how he survived not just some BS for the sake of bringing back a popular character. We got used to this show being ruthless with the kills, no fukking around with MCU like "he died... but you know, not really" twists. So they better find a credible story how he survived.

2 - they actually want to get something out of his story still and not just bringing him back for fan service without any particular reason plotwise.

I’ve slept on Suburra...if it’s for real Gomorra level imma peep
Nowhere near Gomorra level.....but if you have nothing better to watch, it's okay. I may eventually watch whenever the new season comes out, but it won't be an immediate thing when it premieres, like I would with Gomorra.

Only near comparisons are both are Italian mafia, and the new bloods' desire to overtake the game from the old guard. One is based in Naples (Napoli), the other is outside Rome (Ostia). There are major differences in general between Naples and Rome/Ostia. Gomorra's writing and production is authentically done and gritty. Suburra Blood on Rome feels shiny Netflix-style, kinda like Narcos. You lose the grimy underworld feel, due to the glossy presentation and average writing.
