Can anyone explain the business side of what Genny is trying to do? He wants to build an airport in Italy but he has to go to London to buy a multinational company. Why?

He mentions that "Casillo's friend" insisted on it, or else he won't get the contracts for the airport. Casillo is the guy Genny got elected as mayor of Giugliano back in season 1, who has since moved up in the world, and his friend probably controls the purse strings in Naples.
So I'm guessing that whoever the friend is insisted on an international company to head up the consortium because it looks cleaner, to smooth over Genny being a Savastano.
Either that or it's going to tie in to whoever the bigshot was at Genny's son's school.
i must have got distracted while watching episode 3, but who was the waiter at the end Patrizia was trying to holla at?

Yeah she also got two sisters, fam disowned her after she almost got them killed in the war between Don Pietro and Ciro's alliance in season 2.

I glad they showed that Genna was two steps ahead of them though because it would’ve been disappointing if he got Stringer Bell’ed - post Honduras Genny is one of the smartest characters in the show so getting finessed like that wouldn’t have made sense
I felt the same way, Genny getting on top of the finesse and having all his bases covered shows he learned a lot from when Avitable caught him slippin' last season. No sloppy moves yet and him finalizing his business plans makes me anxious to see what brings him back to the Secondigliano fukkery.

i just couldn't tell it was her brother. looked like a different actor. i think a decade has passed since season 1.

And just like that Patrizia and Michelangelo are my least favorite characters this season. Sangue Blue needs to GTFO too 
Nicola could have had one of the greatest finesse in the show had he told Patrizia that he set up a meeting with who were responsible for jacking the product. Season 1 Ciro would have never made that gamble alone without the muscle or being sure he'd come out alive.
