Tbf, black women are a corporate-diversity double play. The only equivalent is the gay-black man in optics. it allows them to conform with federal, local, and society standards. Imagine a state like California that requires 2 or 3 minority classes in a board room. A black woman kinda fills two of the slots.



I also doubt this bank(or any bank) cares about black well being. Goldman is a bussiness and they probably hit their yearly quota with this one. I imagine $GS shareholders were either guilt tripping or concerned about future Biden policies that may penalize institutions that do not reach out to minorities. I’m not sure it’s a conspiracy.
