Secondly, to take the position of the OP, the atheist has to take the high ground morally but obviously as an atheist there really is no agreed upon standard on what morals are, because that would be like, a religion.

If we had a laundry list of every detestable or so called immoral act each atheist has done and then compare that to Gods perceived dikkhead moves i think you'd find that they probably have more in common then they let on.

So the question really is how can God get a bad rep from people that are probably trash heaps themselves.

Lol yea I think the issue is harder for the people that created Yahweh because they wrote that he is all loving and good, so when you read about the character in the old testament/Torah it's contradictory. From what I know about Zeus I think the creators of his character never claimed that he was all loving and good so . But yea he is still a dead beat since he just goes around and impregnates human women
