I proved that the Biblical flood wasn't worldwide. With evidence that you can't refute.

The bible has been rewritten so many times by so many different people over hundreds of years that virtually nothing in it can be proven to be true.

You've proved nothing.
You can't use a source itself to claim that the source is true.

No, it hasn't. There are over 100,000 copies, manuscripts, and scrolls/etc. dating back to the 2nd Century that have the EXACT same text that is available now.

It's a very well-studied text.

Out here in my damn drawls
Then why would I follow and serve a deity that lacks both the ability and the inclination to protect and better the lives of the "flock" he supposedly created and loves?

To get into dat upper-room............if that even exists :mjpls:

@Dafunkdoc_Unlimited What do biblical scholars have to say about the existence of heaven?

I don't know. I'm asking y'all since y'all seem to know all about it.......except for what it is.

Why do the people on this site praise God if God created slavery and created a system that oppresses black people in most first world countries? Seems like God hates yall but you still go to church every weekend and hope he answers your prayers

God won't

Did God create all that or power hungry and heartless CACs?:usure:There are even atheist that think you aren't shyt just because you are black.(famous biologist who discovered the structure of DNA, Watson saying black people are naturally less intelligent and have much lower IQs than the white man) I don't thing God has anything to do with it.

You do know Africa was one of the first places where the gospel was spread after Jesus?

I don't think making black people atheist will do ANYTHING to solve the problem of greedy CACs thinking black people aren't shyt to begin with. It honestly has nothing to do with religion.

all speculation based on a ancient book of myths...

Except for the parts that aren't 'myths'. Like Paul's letters, and the songs, and the poetry, and the sermons, and the socio-political critiques, and the biographies (according to some), and the legal procedures/statutes, and the philosophical quandaries.

Yes it has been rewritten. SEVERAL TIMES.
But even if one was to play your game...the stories in the bible weren't even put to paper until DECADES after Jesus' death. It's just ridiculous to believe anything in it is reliable.

The talking snake. The flood. Humanity being the result of incest. The order in which god created the earth (which, @Napoleon had a hilarious infographic highlighting the scientific impossibility of)...I could go on and on.

And when people call believers out on this nonsense, they resort to one of two things, usually: the god of the gaps - to deny evolution, or they hide behind the interpretation blanket.

It's all a bad joke.

Believe in what you want. Just don't legislate and impose this fairy tale over the lives of others.

History and artifacts are just history and artifacts, they don't explain the supernatural
