yeah, the performance mode gets the framerate above 30, though most reviewers have said it comes no where close to 60
the visual/resolution mode locks the framerate at 30.

Comments are all over the place. Some I've seen said 4K mode is locked 30fps, some said 4K with some dips and others said the performance mode is 60fps but doesn't hit it all the way.
